Public Records Requests

Submitting a Request

The Superintendent’s Office manages all public records requests. If possible, please submit any public records requests in writing. Requests can be submitted:

  • Via email (preferred): publicrecordsrequest@ccsuvt.net
  • Via post: Caledonia Central Supervisory Union, attn. Superintendent’s Office, PO Box 216, Danville, VT. 05828

In your request please include the following:

  • Your name
  • Email or postal address to send a response
  • The public record you are requesting

Responding to Requests

The Caledonia Central Supervisory Union responds to public records requests under the provisions outlined in Vermont State Statute 1 V.S.A. § 318.

 

Transcripts and FERPA Requests

Any requests for student records, including transcripts and school records, should be made directly to the student’s school(s).
