Returning Student Back to School Forms

All annual student information updates are completed online through PowerSchool eCollect Forms.

2026- 2027 Back to School Forms

If your child is already enrolled in a CCSU school, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your existing PowerSchool Parent Portal account.
2. If you have forgotten your username or password, click the Forgot Username or Password? link on the login page.
3. After logging in, select the Forms icon from the left navigation menu.
4. Click the Enrollment tab at the top of the page.
5. Complete and submit all forms assigned to your student.
