Annual Student Information Update (Back-to-School Forms)
How to Complete Your Annual Forms

Go to the PowerSchool Parent Portal:
Click Sign In and enter your Username and Password.
If you do not remember your username or password, click Forgot Username or Password? on the login page to reset your login information.

Before completing forms, confirm that all of your students are linked to your Parent Portal account.
You can verify this by reviewing the student names displayed in the blue bar at the top of the page. If any of your students are missing, please contact your school's administrative assistant or registrar to obtain the Access ID and Access Password needed to link the student to your account before proceeding.

After signing in:
- Select Forms from the left navigation menu.
- Select the Enrollment tab at the top of the page.
- Complete and submit all required forms assigned to each of your students.

At least one parent or guardian must have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account with their student(s) linked in order to complete the required forms.
If you have not yet created an account, you should have received an email from the district containing your Access ID and Access Password, along with instructions for creating your Parent Portal account.
If you cannot find this email or need assistance creating or accessing your account, please contact your school's administrative assistant, registrar, or the Central Office Registrar. Contact information is available on this page.
