Facility Use

Facility Use

Our school buildings and grounds serve as important gathering spaces for our community, and we’re pleased to support local events, activities, and programs whenever possible. Whether you’re planning a meeting, practice, performance, or community event, we welcome responsible use of our facilities.

All facility-use requests should be made directly to the school where the event will take place. Each school manages its own scheduling, availability, and approval process to ensure that events align with school needs and district policies.

We value the partnerships and activities that bring our schools to life outside of the regular school day. If you have questions or need help getting started, please contact the main office of the school you wish to reserve.

E20 – Community Use of School Facilities Policy

  • At this time questions can be directly to the schools and/or Facilites Director Tommy Bricco

  • As the district makes changes to its risk management procedures as recommended by our school district insurance provider, groups and individuals using the facilities will need to include a certificate of liability (COI) in order to request facility use. The group or individual must demonstrate adequate coverage of at least $1 million of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage, with the CCSU identified as an additional insured under the policy. In addition, the group will hold harmless CCSU from any and all liability as part of the terms and conditions of facility booking.

For groups or individuals that do not already have liability insurance, event insurance options are available through GatherGuard.
