Annual Back-to-School Student Forms Are Now Open!

It's time to complete your Annual Back-to-School Student Information Forms for the 2026–2027 school year.
All returning student families should log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal and complete the required Back-to-School Forms through Ecollect Forms.
Completing these forms helps ensure we have accurate contact information, emergency contacts, medical information, transportation details, and required permissions before the start of school.
Please complete your forms as soon as possible. Deadline is August 21st.
